The Appraisal Guys are licensed Real Estate Appraisers that service Southeastern Indiana counties of Bartholomew, Decatur, Jefferson and Jennings.

The Appraisal Guys is owned and operated by Randy & Kitty Shepherd.  Randy is a Licensed Residential Appraiser and FHA Certified.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1980 from Ball State University and was licensed as a Residential Appraiser by the State of Indiana in 1995.  Kitty is certified in Secretarial Sciences and serves as Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

The Appraisal Guys have been hired by major lending institutions, credit unions, mortgage brokers, attorney's, and private individuals to give an opinion of value for first and second mortgages, home equity lines of credit, new construction, estates, divorces, tax purposes, insurance loss, or simply for informational purposes.
